3 bedroom barndominium with attached garage. Garage has car lift for mechanical work. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom that leads to walk in closet which leads to laundry room. Laundry can be done and put away in closet quickly. Guest bedrooms are partitioned off from main living area to conserve heat and air when not in use. Open kitchen, dining room and living room design. Partition at front door to block livingroom from front door drafts. Grilling area jusst outside kitchen door. Paved driveway circles house so groceries can be taken straight to kitchen through back door. Interior design is modern with Dr. Seuss paintings hanging on the walls. Large kitchen window above sink so you can look out while doing dishes. Stove and oven in large kitchen island so you can see and converse with guests while cooking. Sliding pocket doors where doors would usually be open or no privacy is needed. One guest bedroom has shared hallway bathroom access to provide ensuite bathroom feel while still allowing guessts bathroom access. That same guest bedroom has an exterior door to allow for more independent living with an aging relative or adult child.
