This house is my personal home project that i will be building it in the philippines. it will serve as Hotel- airbnb also for personal satisfaction. home has many bedrooms in room bathroom. gym-pool(billard) pingpong swiming pool cinema room living room kitchen bar and pool showers for him and her separate. only 4 bedrooms does not have bathroom rest of all has inroom baths. house will be built to last for generations. this house also has basement as wide as main area accesable from car garage you can drive car into basement. because of the condition of the philippines there are weather factors must be considered and generators,water tanks food supply rooms will be located in the basement. this house also will supply its own electric thats why i design roof that way so solar panel can be installed. this house will be whole concerete all walls and columns it will be strong agains storms and earthquicks. as you seen on the roof middle part is open for sunny days but when it rains roof will close it will have rail system so roof can be closed if heavy rain and storm is expected also if you are not home it will block thiefs to enter from roof. exterior look is not final yet this is a basic outside finishings. i am an exterior finishing professional so i know what i am doing. if you want to contact my email: unconstructioninc@gmail.com
