Description du projet

I'm planning on building this Passive House with the goal of eventually hitting net zero power usage with solar. I am drawn to the simplicity of the shed / skillion roof. This is my first time using the program, not sure if I created the basement properly. The house has lofts, home theater, large kitchen, master bath, guest bath and plenty of storage. All in a 31' x 59' footprint including the garage!
