Description du projet
This large house has an underground garage, family room, sauna, gym and guest rooms. On either side of the subterraneous floor is an intimate patio. The ground floor contains a large living room with mezzanine to the study, a separate kitchen and the master suite. On the first is a large study, directly connected to the living room downstairs, a bedroom with bathroom and a self containing apartment. All the rooms give access to the big terrace. The top floor has an painting atelier and another huge roof terrace. The garden around the house is well manicured and has a pool and a jacuzzi.
