In-Law suite can be easily closed off from the rest of the house and converted to a separate apartment by putting the door back on the hallway opening by the utility room. The Utility room is the former Laundry room and still has water and electrical connections (a large utility sink is in there now). This could become a small kitchen. The office could also be used as a spacious, secluded Master Bedroom suite by expanding the bathroom and changing the current bedroom to a master closet. The entire area has a separate thermostat.
