Originally purchased for $47 k in 2008, it began life as a 2 bedroom, lounge, kitchen, 1 bath, laundry and toilet. It encompassed a 90 sqm weather board home imported from switzaland to help accomodate the ex-pats, it was imported to western australia to build the very first power station approxiamately 65 years ago.
