Description du projet
This is our retirement home thatbwe plan to build, our 2nd home that we have designed & built. This home will have Master Bedroom on main floor with 2 bathrooms. Upper level willmbe storage, future bath, future bedroom and a family room with a mountain view. The basement will have a media room and kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, craft room/office, bathroom & a mechanical room. No outlet will be in the basement other than windows for tahe bedrooms. Planning to build amsun porch just off the kitchen which will have morming sun & evening shade.
