This is a classic American family home thoughtfully and meticulously designed with upscale yet down-to-earth features. The home is roughly 3,750 heated square feet, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. There is a large master suite in the right wing of the home with a sunroom, walk-in closet, and gorgeous en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms on the opposite side of the house designed for the kids, and an in-law suite separated from the other bedrooms to allow maximum privacy for grandparents if they choose to live with the family. Features include: 2-car garage Sewing room or Office for a homemaker Laundry room with double washers and dryers Private home office separate from the rest of the house Partitioned utility corridor for storing trash and recycling bins, compost, and lawn equipment Exterior-accessed storage room Garden and greenhouse This is a special project to me. It isn’t a model of it, but the home is inspired by my grandparents house when I was growing up. They share the exterior style (white color, tall windows, symmetrical-ish design), side loading parking, walled-in trash and recycling pad, recessed patio with a tree, formal living room, two office spaces, vestibules in bedrooms, and oversized guest bedrooms and bathrooms.
