Hi this is a townhome with 3 floors. The outdoor is landscaped has a backyard with large pool, outdoor dining table meditation area and outdor utility area. The groundfloor has a formal living room with customised sofa, a family living room, reading corner and stairs, next room has an open modern kitchen dining area wash counter and powder room and has the exit towards the picturestique backyard. First floor has a seating area, master bedroom in victorian style with a luxurious bathroom, 2nd bedroom is a modern room with wardrobe, storage units, armchair, work desk and a bathroom, an office space with custom curve sofas, presentation screen etc are provided on this floor, and a gym on the balcony. Second floor opens up into a library with plush custom sofas, bedroom 3 is in a rustic wood theme with all facilities provided on other bedrooms and 4 th bedroom is alike the 2nd bedroom, this floor also occupies a large home theatre with 6 comfy armchairs and a corner mini bar.
