Description du projet
Plan depicts a one bedroom ground floor apartment at the lagoon (East) end of the property which can be used for the following: 1. Accomodation for live-in caretaker / gardener during off-season 2. Holiday home for use by investors 3. Rental property will provide income to repay investment Plan also show areas for planting and wall around property to protect garden from local wildlife. Attached 3D screenshots start from the gate at the beach (West) end of the property. Stairs to the first floor can be seen along the North wall of the apartment.
