The project is to renovate our existing home adding in approx 125sqm. Wood frame structure Weather board cladding-option to change to Marine Ply with feature coat finish. Insulation- batts Gib wall lining - interior Rimu flooring in main .living /Dining -Hall - entrance and kitchen. Bathrooms - tiles - wet rooms Also tiled kitchen splashback Bedrooms carpeted Mono pitch style roofing / colour steel Colour steel spouting and down pipes Concrete suround style foundation with wood Piles as per existing house / concrete to extention paths and garage - concrete Garage same structure and cladding as house. Exterior windows and Doors Aluminium Full -sliding euro doors -Aluminum / double glased Pine Decking -Treated / screw fixed Wood pailing fencing Wood retaining wall
